The laws in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales restrict all limousines to a miximum of eight passengers.

This law does not change, no matter how large the limousine is. The law dictates that to carry more than eight passengers in any vehicle, the driver must have a PSV licence and the vehicle has to be registered as a Public Service Vehicle and have a Certificate of initial Fitness (COIF).
